The varsity softball team defeated Franklin Central 7-1, wrapping up the last of their HCC games. Grace Swedarsky was the winning pitcher with 6Ks in 5 innings. Natavia Wright finished the last two innings with no runs and one hit. The Royals had 7 total hits. Madison Burlingame had two hits. Kaitlyn Burdick a single and a 2run HR. Tonight, they celebrated 9 amazingly dedicated seniors. Thank you, seniors, for all that you do for the program! The Royals will take on Fishers for their first game of sectionals on Monday, May 25th at 6pm.
