Hamilton Southeastern High School is pleased to announce the return of Drew Tower as Co-Athletic Director, effective May 1, 2026. Tower previously served in this role and returns to HSE following a year away from education. His return comes as Jim Self transitions into a new role serving as Athletic Director for the City of Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern Schools. He will work along side Tilmon Clark. Mr. Tower brings extensive experience in athletic leadership and a deep commitment to education-based athletics. Prior to joining HSE, he served as Athletic Director at Brownsburg High School, where he oversaw a large, successful athletics program and led teams and student-athletes to multiple state championships and developed pathways for greater character and leadership development. A New Castle native, Tower was a standout multi-sport athlete before continuing his career at Taylor University. He later transitioned into coaching and athletic administration, building a reputation as a relationship-driven leader focused on developing student-athletes both on and off the field. “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to return to Hamilton Southeastern,” said Tower. “This is a special community with a strong tradition of excellence.
